You’ve crash-landed in a bizarre, toxic wasteland. Time is not on your side.

In Escape Desolation, your wrecked ship sits at the bottom of a strange crate. Worse, your suit's oxygen supply is rapidly draining. Equipped with only a mining scanner, you must brave the alien terrain to harvest raw materials like Uranium, Copper, Titanium, and Ice.

Manage your inventory carefully to craft life-saving oxygen tanks, build structural repair parts, and forge highly volatile fuel rods. You need exactly 3 Fuel Rods and 3 Repair Parts to get your ship's engines back online.

Can you escape the desolation?

Features:

• Survival Loop: Balance mining for ship parts against mining for oxygen to stay alive.
• Environmental Hazards: A bizarre, desolate landscape featuring acid pits, rising and lowering.
• Resource Crafting: Use your mining laser to extract strange materials and combine them into an escape plan.
  
• Created for the Brackeys Game Jam 2026.1 (Theme: Strange Places).
